About

You talk to the person doing the work.

I'm DJ McAmis, and I run Southern Tech & Security out of Greeneville. When you call, you get me, not a ticket queue or whichever technician is free that week.

I've spent years doing PC repair and small-business support around Greene County, alongside enterprise systems operations work. That mix means I've seen how large organizations handle security and can translate the parts of it that actually make sense for a small team.

On a first conversation my goal is to tell you plainly what I would fix first, whether or not you end up hiring me.

Background

  • CompTIA Security+ certified
  • B.A.S. in Cyber Operations, University of Arizona
  • Enterprise systems operations experience
  • Years of independent PC repair and small-business support in Greene County
