What gets reviewed

The Tech Check covers six areas. Not all of them will matter to every business, and the summary says which ones did not apply to yours.

• Online presence. Whether your Google Business Profile, website, and social pages are current, consistent, and actually reachable.
• Business email and accounts. How email is set up and which tools the business depends on day to day.
• Account access and ownership. Who controls the domain, the email, and the business profiles, and what happens when someone leaves.
• Devices and network. The computers and connections the work runs on, and anything visibly on its last legs.
• Customer follow-up and workflow. Where enquiries arrive, who handles them, and where things get missed.
• Backups and recovery. What is being backed up, and whether anyone has confirmed it would restore.

What you get back

A written summary, kept short on purpose, covering:

• What already looks good, stated plainly rather than skipped over
• The top concerns worth your attention
• Three to five practical recommendations in priority order
• One suggested next step, and an optional 30-day project if it makes sense

It is written to be read by a business owner, not an IT department. If a recommendation cannot be explained in plain language, it does not belong in the summary.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no fee for the review, no contract to sign, and no obligation to hire anyone afterward.

The reason it is free is straightforward: it is a new business, and a useful review is a better introduction than a sales call. Plenty of businesses take the list and do the work themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome.

What it is not

It is a practical review, not a formal one. It is not a compliance certification, a regulatory audit, or a penetration test, and nothing is scanned or tested in any way that could disrupt what you are running.

It is also not a sales pitch dressed as an assessment. Where things are working, the summary says they are working.

How to request one

Use the contact form or call (423) 609-0068. It helps to mention the one thing that prompted you to get in touch, but it is not required.

Please do not send passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive details through the form. Anything like that gets sorted out securely once we are actually talking.

After the review

If you want help with something on the list, the three service areas are managed IT support, cyber risk reviews, and AI workflow support. If the issue is a specific broken machine or network, that falls under computer repair and network help.

And if you would rather take the list and handle it yourself, that is genuinely fine.
